• For commissions and orders, please email raveltextiles@gmail.com

• Once your order is placed, please allow 4 weeks for processing and shipping.

• RAVEL ships internationally depending on which zone you live in; we will calculate the shipping fee as soon as possible after your order is placed.

• If you live in Berlin, we will happily hand deliver your package to save you the shipping fee.

• RAVEL will ship to the address that is given at check-out. If there is an error in the address given, we cannot re-ship until the package has been received again by our shipping department. Shipping fees will apply.

• If your tracking information states that your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.

• RAVEL reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.
